did people actually beleive they had had sent letters out to people, i knew that was a blatent lie
2 ways to look at this, the paper/legal/formal etc which MO would like people to do as they have already set plans out and rolling soon as the company started
and theirs those that see it which are streetwise and know what is happening
lot of people have lost lot of money including myself, only way id be happy is if they were behind bars as theft as far im concerned but wont happen
system is perfect for people like this who use it their adavantage and make huge gains
MO, you are a disgrace and regardless of what happens its guranteed youll get whats owed to you0 -
I understand the bitterness, I had the same with CNM, but it's not worth it.
You have "backed a loser", the gamble hasn't came off, and with TMO, it WAS a gamble. Forget it and move on.

Well All,
I suppose that this day (or at least the day that i discovered it) was sure to arrive and yes I haven't had a penny of cashback from TMO - Not even the 1st Cashback whic was due last year!
I will ring the Bradford bailiffs to see what they have to say on the subject. I will also continue to post off the bills as I only have 2 more lots to send off JUST IN CASE TMO does come good not wanting to give them the easy cop put that I failed in complying with their T&C's (futile I'm sure)
From what I have read the Bradford bailiffs seem approachable but I wont be paying them £55 to pursue as I'm not sure where TMO is let alone that they will have any assets to seize:mad:
Its a sad day for us all who are owed so much money. Ah well lts only money not Life or death......;)
Thanks all for your posts and input

Still haven't seen a letter from TMO - nor it seems has any one else here - seems like diggerunited must be special!!
Until I see actual proof that TMO have gone into liquidation I will continue to chase my money. This may be throwing good money after bad but I feel TMO are still trying to throw people off the scent by releasing statements to the Mobile industry knowing it would feed down to the forums one way or another.
As for the poster who says they sacked staff before xmas - any proof?
Just my thoughts.....

Move on is easy to say - this Company have stitched me up out of around £1,400, and I would not have taken this price of contract without the cashback deal attached.
If you have that spare cash, I'll PM you my bank details and you can drop me a deposit, thanks!!
TMO are a victim of the models sold to them by unscrupulous networks in expecting only 40% of claims to be made - I think this rather foolish, and that the Networks should shoulder some of the blame but they are far too powerful for that.
What also bugs is that the main networks signed up to the Ofcom code of practice about cashback and in one part is says that cashback deals must not exceed the commission to be paid (to TMO from the network) - now there's no way that was ever going to be 100% the value of the contract so how come since August 2007, the networks didn't stop TMO from supplying??I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!

Hi
I recently won a CCJ against TMO, they did fail to turn up in court (no suprise there) but did submit a written defence !
Only just discovered this thread so forgive me if I ask a repeat question, but as there as so many in my situation (or about to be) is it not possible to take some kind of joint action to wind up the company and recover all the outstanding debts ??0 -

Do you think that winding up will secure your debt - they rent their offices, no doubt have other creditors (secured) - your debt would be as an unsecured creditor on as par with HMRC (VAT, PAYE, CT), their utility suppliers, their business rates, and all other creditors - you'll be lucky to get 5p in the £I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!
