thats bad news. alot of people will be left without cashback

Surely not, that would mean onestop and e2save and I can not see that to be true. To much here say.

Does anyone on here know of a name and home address for any of the people responsible for Mobile Outlet (Mobile Matters)???
I did speak to someone a few weeks ago who give me all the false promises.
I also told him that I will be visiting him if I don't receive a cheque.
If I can get his home address I would like to invite anyone who wishes to join me in going to see them personally.

Many thanks if anyone can help.

    Regards
    Richard

What do you think you could gain from that?
  • my apologies, i should have been more specific, the mobile outlet, phones2udirect, simply3g and mobile rainbow...i think.

phones2udirect is in trouble, along with mobile outlet and mobile rainbow which is very doubtful they will be trading at the end of the month. S3G has already closed down.

To all those posters who have just joined the thread (<10 posts) who are saying that TMO are about to or have gone under...do any of you have any concrete sources of this information which can be validated. By concrete I mean other than "I was talking to....." and the questionable statement made by TMO themselves......

anyone received any cheques via bailiff lately??

    No. You need form N225

But do you want to spend any more time/money on this until the water becomes clearer?

Hi Quentin, many thanks for your reply and link. I have completed the form and sent it. Only took a couple of minutes and a stamp. But will probably hold off in the future if anymore costs are involved.

    many thanks

Attif & Naylia, if you're reading this shame on you. You give the Muslims in UK a bad name. You could at least begin to pay off some of your debts, starting at paying off warrants & ccjs against your name. I’m sure you've got plenty stashed away for a rainy day!!

Has anyone else got that letter that diggerunited got last week, or even the email that was being sent to all TMO's customers apparently ? Doesn't suprise me though !! Not heard anything from them since my cheque obtained via the bailiff !!
