most of the staff were sacked b4 xmas.

its useless wasting more money on calling their premium rate cs.

theyre been in trouble for some time now.... just fob their customers. meanwhile their trying to re-coupe more commission and move their assets into their extended families name b4 registering for bankruptcy.

hope the crooks sleep well at night!

Has the bailiff expressed an opinion recently regarding possibility of collecting any money from TMO?
  • Hi, I made a claim through online claims and I have now finally received a General Form of Judgement or Order which states:

Upon non compliance with allocation questionnaire unless order by defendent

    IT IS ORDERED THAT

The defence be struck out forthwith and the claimant be entitled to enter judgement.

What does this mean? What do I do next? There is no leaflet or explanation as to what I need to do.

I realise the chances of seeing my money are minimal.....

    Many thanks

You can now ask for judgement. (They have not entered a defence).
  • Do I just write a letter? I am unable to request online, as they originally entered a defence and thus the case was forwarded to my local county court.
  • Does anyone on here know of a name and home address for any of the people responsible for Mobile Outlet (Mobile Matters)???
I did speak to someone a few weeks ago who give me all the false promises.
I also told him that I will be visiting him if I don't receive a cheque.
If I can get his home address I would like to invite anyone who wishes to join me in going to see them personally.

Many thanks if anyone can help.

    Regards
    Richard

These are the con merchants who are stealing your money and lying to the authorities and blatantly breaching oath of truth to Her Majesty's Court Service.

Do the bailiffs also visit the directors/shareholders to recover debts?

came across this thread and not surprised, im another very disgruntled cus of MO, waiting for cashback for 3 months,

followed t+c's to the letter but after many phone calls, emails and now written letters of complaint that they have received ive never had 1 reply in any format

ive spoke to consumer concern and even trading standards phoned me advising to go through small claims court (ill just do it for sake of it)

waste of time really as looks look MO owners are in process of closing down after assets are put into other family members names so theyve simply got away with with legally robbing many people and geting rich of it

i see home address has been posted but unfortunately too far from me to pay visit, we need home phone numbers, vehicles driven etc as, pictures of them, let them have taste of their own medicine
