• I've tried Googling for a number for reception but no joy, I was going to ask but the receptionist got sick of my questions!

I have a feeling they've told her to give the same response to everyone

Don't understand how a business can get away with this for so long and to so many people too

If the reception turns to say they are not in the office everyday, then you can check if this is true or not by watching the TMO staff arriving to their offices in the morning or leaving after work maybe 5:30 or 6 or even later in the evening.
• But how do you know which are TMO staff and which are not?!

well if someone hasn't seen any of them before then its hard to identify them.

So the only thing I can think of, is take a hidden video of the people/staff coming out of the building. Post it on you tube. and let people identify them if they've seen them before.

I've just sent my daily e-mails to the list of e-mail addresses I have for the crooks at TMO. I have filed my MCOL but just makes me feel better to harrass them each day. Two of the addresses that I normally send to, have sent back a Delivery Status Notification(failure).

These were kershella.james@the mobileoutlet.co.uk(did get a response from her a few times last november) and forumenquiries@themobileoutlet.co.uk.

That hasn't happened before. It says my message was not able to be delivered to e197489794@exchange.1and1.co.uk. Any ideas? I had a look at the 1and1.co.uk website but can't really see anything linking it to TMO.

1and1 are a well known hosting provider (amongst other things).
The company that I work for uses them.
It wouldn't be obvious looking at the 1and1 website that they are probably hosting TMO's website, or at least providing managed email services for them.
Perhaps TMO haven't paid the hosting bill.......

I sent my 1st cashback off over a month ago and have heard nothing. it's so annoying, I know it's a lot of money but I don't know if I can be doing with going to court over it!! Over driving to bradford! We shouldn't have to be doing this, has anyone informed trading standards about this? It's fraud at the end of the day.

I know exactly how you feel. I had given up on seeing my money again a long time ago until I found this forum. I have recently filed a MCOL but like you, am worried sick about the whole thing and don't see why we should have to chase these people through the courts. With so many people doing the same thing, I don't understand how this company is allowed to keep trading. If you have only just sent your first cashback the I take it you a fairly new customer of theirs. What will it take to stop them?

It really doesn't! Hard to believe that a whole business would have the day off for a genuine reason!?

If anyone else is going in the next few days it might be good to get a number for the reception/nearby offices - then people can check if anyone is there or not before setting off (seeing as their call centre is in India and therefore won't know!)

Perhaps they have moved again in response to all the people on here saying they are going in person!! They might be watching us right now.....

It took Royal Mail 10 days in December to get a signature for my claim letter, so maybe they only go in every few days, or only answer the door every few days, or.....
• thnx for the reply mira and keith :)...mmmm i think i might consider visiting them...
