Take everything youve got - delivery proof emails copies of everything sent, dates times etc etc.
Be prepared to have to go back later in the day - and sit there until someone comes to 'sign the cheque'. You may not have to - but be prepared. And keep calm - dont let them get you angry. Tell them you are recording the conversation. And take pictures of them !!!
Tell us how you got on afterwards. Good luck.0 -
I have just been approved my warrant. What do I do now? Just sit back and wait for my money???0

Yes - it will get passed to the bailiff, who will contact you when there is some news.0

I went this morning and no joy! Basically the woman on reception told me that no-one from TMO is in and she doesn't know when they will be in, I said are they in tomorrow and she said they're supposed to be.
I'll be interested to know how any other visitors get on, might be worth going in and saying you've got an appointment with them and naming a member of staff???
The postcode and maps take you to Valley Parade which is round the corner, most of the streets round there you can park on, it's actually on the grounds itself and is round the corner from the football merchandise store and next to the ticket offices..
But given my experiences be prepared for a wasted journey... I'd be interested to hear how others get on...2p off is still 2p off!0 -
This doesn't look good does it!!!I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!
Quidco and Topcashback, £4,569
Shopandscan, £2,840
Tesco Double The Difference, £2,700
Thomson EU261/04 Claim, £1,700
British Airways EU261/04 Claim, EUR12000 -
It really doesn't! Hard to believe that a whole business would have the day off for a genuine reason!?
If anyone else is going in the next few days it might be good to get a number for the reception/nearby offices - then people can check if anyone is there or not before setting off (seeing as their call centre is in India and therefore won't know!)
Perhaps they have moved again in response to all the people on here saying they are going in person!! They might be watching us right now.....Wondering how to have a life & not rack up more debts...0 -
