There seems to be some confusion over both the correct name and address. I have gleaned the below from your previous posts but according to HMCO any trading address for the company concerned is acceptable.
MOBILE MATTERS (UK) LTD Trading as The Mobile Outlet
UNIT 6 BANTAMS BUSINESS PARK
VALLEY PARADE
BRADFORD
WEST YORKSHIRE BD8 7DY
Company No. 04787711
I thought it was law for all companies to clearly display full details of their business name and adress on any company medium including web sites and emails?0 -
Thats fine. I believe I will be successful and fully intend/expect to instruct bailiffs.0

has there been any cases of anyone losing to tmo in court? i am a very nervous person, and worry now after my decision to persue through mcol that i might end up paying court costs.
i have fully complied with the t+c's but my 4th claim was late being delivered(royal mail, say no more).took from 12th dec until 3rd jan to deliver via the signed for service.
tmo broke their contract with me after not paying out my 2nd and 3rd claim even after accepting documents so am i right in thinking that the 4th and 5th bill would not really matter anyway? Any thoughts please?0 -
Your worst case scenario is that the court agrees with their defence regarding claims 4 and 5.
Presumably claims 2 and 3 have been correctly submitted but just ignored by tmo?0 -

yes, they accepted my documents for 2 and 3 and promised payment by e-mail but I have never seen a penny. Only one set of documents was delivered late so your comment makes me feel better as i would only maybe lose claim 4 and 5 of one of my contracts. many thanks.0 -

I think you are correct regarding the address to send the claim to.
Its the company name thats important.
I sent it to the registered address of Mobile Matters (UK) Ltd, as there is a redirect on the Riverdale House, Shipley address and I didn't want to introduce any further delays0 -
Received a letter from Bradford Court saying they haver a cheque for me for the whole amount including total remaining contract, court fees and warrant fee. Once warrant was applied for it took them less than a week to get the cheque. Have to wait for cheque to clear but Court bailiffs said that cheques are not bouncing yet........:j0

Thanks for the reply. Is there nothing I can do about this? Perhaps contact the court? Nowhere in any correspondence with me is the mobile outlet referred to as anything other than that. Even on their website there is no mention of them being a limited company. Surely a claim can be issued against a common name that a company trades as?
Hi To-poor,
I did the same with my first claim (lesson learnt to check on here before doing anything rash). I emailed MCOL to see what could be done, suspecting as Quentin has said that I'd have to write off the £35 (in my case) and take out a new claim. Got the following, very unexpected, reply....
"Good afternoon,
Thank you for your e-mail. In order to amend the claim you should send us your N1 claim form with the incorrect parts crossed out and the correct information should be written by the side in Red pen. You also need to complete the attached N244 form.
Otherwise we can cancel the claim and you could issue a new one and be refunded the fee for the incorrect claim. If you would like to cancel, please send both your new and old claim numbers and a name and address to which the refund can be sent"
I went for the second option of issuing a new claim (it seemed cleaner). I've emailed them the information requested and they've confirmed that it has been passed on to their fees team to be processed, but as yet I've not been refunded the money for the first claim. I guess I'll wait and see.
