Thanks for that. Once I start proceedings, I will follow it through. Seems visiting them in person is the way to go though. I had a letter today from Companies house explaining that Mobile Outlet are now running a company in Bristol called Duck Suppers Ltd.I wonder if these people are worth a visit, or is it completely separate. I live about 4 hours away from Bradford so it would be very difficult for me to pay them a visit, if I was to get the cheque in a day it might be ok, but that doesn't seem likely from what you say. Only other thing is to find someone in Bradford who would do the deed for me - for a fee of course!!!!!!!! Any offers!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I agree with spreading their names about. How are they managing to still run this company with this reputation? I was told by the insolvency service that they are preparing to strike off but someone posted me saying this was not true. The mind boggles!!

As has been explained before - NOTHING to do with 'Mobile Matters (uk) Ltd trading as The Mobile Outlet' - this duck suppers is a wild goose chase!!!! Mobile outlet LTD may be about to be struck off but this is nothing to do with the company we are being stitched up by!
  • danjen, they are easy to find once you get to Bradford- just follow the brown signs with a football on. They are in the Bantams business centre at the football ground. But be aware they may not give you a cheque then & there- they will probably show you the cheque- ask for a written statement that it will be dispatched, or say you'll wait for the signatory to come back.

    Errr...
Maplewood, you might like to modify your last post before you, or Martin Lewis, get sued for libel. Unless of course you can prove your statement about these two individuals.
KeithP - please dont scaremonger. If Martin Lewis is not happy with this statement he will remove it. There is plenty of evidence and enough support within this forum alone to win a case against these people, never mind the other individuals throughout the country who have been lied to and cheated. A public campaign is what is needed to highlight this disgraceful operation and blatant disregard to the laws of the United Kingdom, and claim significant damages. The mobile phone operators have some responsibility to their customers in this matter too.
  • Hey.

I am about to go through MCO having exhausted all other possibilities but am unsure of how much to claim for. I have sent of bills 1-4 and 5-7, fully sticking to the terms and conditions but have only received confirmation that claim 1 was a success. I intend to claim for both + expenses but am I eligible to claim for the remaining 5 months that I have not yet sent off on the grounds that they have already broken the T&C's? If so that would be great so I could claim the whole lot and forget about it. otherwise, if they don't pay up again, I would have to repeat the whole process?

    Advice would be much appreciated!

you can claim for the full amount due to the fundamental breach in contract.
  • Also, just for confirmations sake, its claiming from an organisation, the organisation being 'The Mobile Outlet Ltd'.

    Correct?
