Errr...
Maplewood, you might like to modify your last post before you, or Martin Lewis, get sued for libel. Unless of course you can prove your statement about these two individuals.0 -

These are the con merchants who are stealing your money and lying to the authorities and blatantly breaching oath of truth to Her Majesty's Court Service.
Shame on you for stealing peoples hard earned money.
You give the muslim community a bad name.0 -
As the Directors and shareholders of MM(UK) Ltd (T/A TMO), they are the responsible officers for the Company, and as we know they have lied to the Courts about facts known to be true, then this is hardly libel - libel surely is for a lie told, not a truth.I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!
Quidco and Topcashback, £4,569
Shopandscan, £2,840
Tesco Double The Difference, £2,700
Thomson EU261/04 Claim, £1,700
British Airways EU261/04 Claim, EUR12000 -
Lactics, I didn't say anyone had committed libel. You are right, the truth isn't libelous. These are the con merchants who are stealing your money...
We can all have our thoughts, but putting them into print can be dangerous.0 -
Hi, this is my first post. I'd been paid for 2 out of 5 cashbacks, but was owed £216 for the last 3. I was looking on the web for info on starting legal action when I found this thread. After reading it, I decided it would be worth visiting TMO in person (I live in West Yorkshire). Last Friday I went there and was shown the usual unsigned cheque and given a promise that it would be sent on 1st class when the director had signed it. It only occured to me afterwards that I could have taken a quick photo of it, I guess to use as some evidence that they agreed they owed me the money. Anyway, the cheque arrived on Wednesday by 1st class post but was still unsigned! This morning I headed over there again and was given a different signed cheque. They said the director still wasn't there, but they had one in the file "in case of emergency". Needless to say I banked it straight away and will post again to confirm it has cleared. I believe the reason it seems easier to get £ out of them in person is that they are renting offices from Bradford City and a) don't control the front door and b) don't want a scene on the doorstep. In my case, it must have helped that I was local and could easily keep coming back. If you have to travel a distance, it might be worth concocting something to make it sound like you're quite often in the area - family, work etc. Best of luck to the rest of you!0

Your other alternative if you are owed so much is to go to their offices at bradford football club and demand a cheque - but be prepared to camp out or go back next day; day after; day after that. These con merchants wont 'just pay you' if you simply file an MCOL.
Someone had posted the names of the company directors on here not long ago - those names need to be spread around a little.
Thanks for that. Once I start proceedings, I will follow it through. Seems visiting them in person is the way to go though. I had a letter today from Companies house explaining that Mobile Outlet are now running a company in Bristol called Duck Suppers Ltd.I wonder if these people are worth a visit, or is it completely separate. I live about 4 hours away from Bradford so it would be very difficult for me to pay them a visit, if I was to get the cheque in a day it might be ok, but that doesn't seem likely from what you say. Only other thing is to find someone in Bradford who would do the deed for me - for a fee of course!!!!!!!! Any offers!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I agree with spreading their names about. How are they managing to still run this company with this reputation? I was told by the insolvency service that they are preparing to strike off but someone posted me saying this was not true. The mind boggles!!0 -

Thks for advice, this is really useful as I am still deciding whether I should file a claim against them or visit them in person first. From these forums, it seems that they have breached their contract after my second claim which they approved and didn't pay and then tried to get rid off me on my 3rd claim accusing me of sending it late. Can someone pls provide the address of TMO in Bradford again? I live in Manchester so how long is the journey amd are they easy to find? Do you think it's worth paying them a visit since we have some people who are successful by going this route? Cheers.0 -

It shouldn't take you very long to find it. Its on most of the recent pages of this thread.
Armed with the address, look here.
You need to form your own opinion. To help you, the information you are looking for is on the last few pages of this thread.
Thanks KeithP. Much appreciated. I think I will visit them in person first and try to get a cheque from them since Manchester is not too far from bradford. I will plan my journey next week. Anyone interested meeting in Bradford so that we can have a real go at these despicable fraudsters? A Few mouths are better than one!!0 -
I found these numbers and addresses for the director Attif Ashraf on an old call centre website from 2005 - I wonder if he has changed his mobile number?
