If You Are Within Reasonable Driving Distance Of Bradford My Advice Is To Pay Them A Visit. It Was Not A Frightening Or Confrontational Experience. I Could Quite Easily Have Lost My Temper With Them But Whats The Point, After All Getting The Money Is The Main Thing. The Guy You Came Down To The Reception To See Me Was Polite And Efficient. Shame It Takes A Personal Visit To Get A Result. For Ease, The Office Entrance Is Next To The Bradford City Team Shop. You Won't Get Invited Up To Their Offices But Don't Let This Concern You.
I'm Off To The Bank To Cash My Cheque Tomorrow. I Will Post On Here Again When (if) It Clears.
Hi, i live in east london bethnal green. how do i get to their office? bus? train? car? how much will it cost me?
    thanks
  • Can anyone let me know the postal address of TMO Cash Back Department? The one I get from the contract as well as the web site is;

    PO Box 259
    Shipley
    BD17 7WH

However, after my first cashback claim was sent by Special Delivery, the Royal Mail said my mail was redirected to another address in Bradford.

Can anyone let me know what address you use to claim your cashback? Anyone knows if they moved their address?

    Thanks!

    Hi again Jas

I didn't get a reply to my last e-mail and 10 further days have elapsed. Even allowing for the Christmas break the 28 days in which you promised to make the payment is now more like 40 days.

Please will you chase my 3rd CashBack payment which I've been told by yourselves was accepted. Claim 4 was received and signed for by yourselves so am expecting confirmation of this shortly.

I am disappointed as last year I was assured that the company was striving to improve it's cashback system and customer service ... and that my future claims would be processed without problem. Sadly that was only after discussing the matter with Trading Standards.

I look forward to hearing from you favourably by return.

    Regards and thanks

  • Hi all
I have completed MCOL today against TMO as my 1st cash back was due in Nov 07, keep getting lame answers on the phone and very few email replys,
My 2nd cash back claim is due to be sent next week any advice if i should still send this as i have now claimed via MCOL for the full cashback due to them breaking thier contarct and not paying up in 28 days.

It will be months before your case is settled.

    You may not win.

So abide by your contract until you have been paid in full.
  • Got my cheque in the post today- will let you know when/if it clears.

Hello forum, I filled in my MCOL form omline over a week ago, but when I try to submit it, which I have at least twice a day, I get

Due to a technical error you cannot submit your form at this time.
Please select the Claim menu button to go to the claim menu to try again or contact the Customer Help Desk.

I thought the website had problems, but I see some members have successfully submited their claims, anybody got any idea why I keep getting this message??,

    Thanks.confused-smiley-013.gif

Apparently you don't have to because as soon as they break part of the cashback agreement they void the entire lot. However, my advice is that its always best to do your bit and send all the paperwork should you need to prove you've kept your part of the bargain. That way, TMO can't accuse you of anything. Good luck!

What an eventful day its been, first the news about the cheque being sent from the bailiff, now i've got home and logged onto my email and TMO have sent an email (yes I was shocked too) accepting my 4th cashback, so they haven't packed up and gone home completely !! Just waiting for that last email to accept the last one and hopefully my MCOL will take care of the last 3 cashbacks. I live in hope
  • Anybody got their hands on any cash from TMO recently, be it via MCOL or directly? Not seeing many reports of success.
