    Hi GJ,
LBA ignored, I filed a MCOL claim early Jan.
Just waiting 14 days to enter judgement, then ask for warrant next day...

You need to send LBA Monday am....they are ignoring everything except bailiffs....

In agreement there K, get the MCOL issued asap,so the 14 days that they ignore it is sooner rather than later. My MCOL was issued today for the 3rd , 4th and 5th cashbacks that I have submitted, 4th and 5th not even acknowledged, but they were signed for as per royal mail website. The MCOL raised for the 2nd now has had the warrant issued, so have had to front £120 quid in effect to try and get my money back, its a chance i've had to take, maybe it would've been cheaper going in person.....

They owe me £168. Claims 4 & 5 approved but not paid.

They will probably go bankrupt when the Nintendo Wii's they offered for Xmas aren't delivered. This will probably be March as people have to send in their second bill and wait 21 days I believe.

The serious fraud office removed their computers a couple of months ago and the directors sort retreat abroad. They returned but keep heading up to Tyneside to avoid public attention

The reason I have not filed against them is that the £25 would be wasted when they go into administration.

One guy went to Valley parade and demanded a cheque. He received it but I'm not sure if it bounced or not.

I've already lost out to Coolnewmobile going bust and I've collected a lot of facts on the Mobile Outlet to see if it's worth pursuing this lot. Most of the networks have stop dealing with them and I they have very little time left as they owe many thousands.

Personally I've accepted the very sad fact I'll never see the money again.

From what we've heard on here, the cheques haven't been bouncing. You sound resigned to the fact that you've lost the money, but i'm afraid the only way that you may see it, is to either mosey on down to Bradford yourself,or pay the £25 and the subsequent £35 for the bailiff in the hope that you will get the money owed and the £60 back.Do it now though before it IS too late.

A MCOL needing the bailiff for £168 claim could cost £105 (£25 issue fee, £25 hearing fee, £55 warrant fee).
  • The new worry is their apparant change (obviously realising that people are calling face-to-face) in not issuing the cheque there and then, but lying and saying the Director isn't there to sign it.

    1. I doubt the Directors are the only signatories
    2. Of course they are there

What has happened to the couple of posters who have had this method applied to them - did the cheque turn up??
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)
    Quidco and Topcashback, £4,569
    Shopandscan, £2,840
    Tesco Double The Difference, £2,700
    Thomson EU261/04 Claim, £1,700
    British Airways EU261/04 Claim, EUR1200

I was thinking the exact same thing. You will probably find they are looking at this site as well.
Might even be posting on it trying to put people off.

If i lived near i would definately go in there and demand the money. I bet now that anyone goes to get the money direct they will say the directors are not in to sign the cheque.

I bet they also get lost in the post!!! when they say they have been posted to you.

No use of sending them a letter before action as I have done that and there has been no response. If you are thinking of filing for a county court judgement you don't really need a letter before action. The mobile outlet has started ignoring county court judgements as well it appears from this thread.

    UPDATE
Went to Court on 4 Jan and won. TMO didn't turn up. Got full years cashback + expenses!

TMO given 2 weeks to pay, and guess what? They haven't so will be applying for enforcement tomorrow.

Thank you to all for their help and assistance!!!

Well done. Very similar position to you but still have the 2 weeks to run. So let us know from asking for enforcement how quickly you get your money please
