The date on the bill you send in must be at least 120 days after your date of connection, so you need to be sure of your connection date, rather than your purchase date.

Just an update...

My HMCS claim was accepted 10 days ago. TMO have until 24th Jan to respond. So for, no response at all. Surprise!

I'll confirm on 24th what has happened.

Anyone know how many claims overall have been won so far?

Any further news on TMO financial affairs?

Because to save myself the hassle I just had enough of this and see the point in continuing to fight when they could go bust anytime now?

I am undecided about sending a LBA. Please comment.

UPDATE
Went to Court on 4 Jan and won. TMO didn't turn up. Got full years cashback + expenses!

TMO given 2 weeks to pay, and guess what? They haven't so will be applying for enforcement tomorrow.

LBA ignored, I filed a MCOL claim early Jan.
Just waiting 14 days to enter judgement, then ask for warrant next day...

You need to send LBA Monday am....they are ignoring everything except bailiffs....

the cashbacks that you have already received are yours to keep...no way TMO can get them back...up to you whether you think you can win a judgement as to why your third claim was late...I'm not a law expert, so I can't advise....

Dear all,

Please advise, I am still wiating for my cashback from the Mobile Outlet since October. I have followed all the T and C's and even had emails back saying my application etc has been successful. What next ???
