Just one word of warning for people thinking of travelling to their offices. I didn't mention it earlier but its an important point....The first day I went to their offices they agreed the cheque (and showed me it) but claimed that the director wasn't in the office to sign it. They offered to post it 1st class the next day but with me being local I said I'd come and collect it in person.
The cheque was ready and waiting for me when I arrived the next day.
It would be a shame if you made the long journey, got the same story and had to rely on them posting cheque on. Cost of Travelodge for overnight stay should also be considered if it means leaving next day with cheque inhand.

Ow. I Was thinking of travelling up tomorrow morning from Manchester. A bit of a pain if I have to come back, or might shout and stomp a bit and insist they get it signed that day otherwise I'll get my mate mad Mick round- just kidding.

Im going tommorow morning too! What time do you think you'll be there? Maybe they'll be a bit more more keen to give the cheques if two angry guys are there at the same time

Since they read these threads they may well be out when you get there once they know when you'll be arriving. Da!

Just had a thought.... I have filed against TMO through MCOL and they have got until the 3/2/08 to respond, I used the address of 3-4, Riverdale House, Dockfield Road, Shipley. BD17 7AD. I'm sure that I read somewhere in this long thread that I should use the address on my dispatch note as this was the address that Iwas in operation at the time I took the contract out.
As they have obviously moved away from here to BRadford AFC offices, does this ruin my claim as MCOL will pursue the wrong address that I quoted.

If they do go belly up whilst we have a MCOL against them is it 'Game set n match' to the TMO and we loose everything? or does it go to an offical reciever to pursue. I know that my employer uses the Official Receiver route but would that apply to the TMO if they went through???

I'm so confused having tried to keep up with this thread but it's so long now my small brain cant quite cope

Any help or answers would be greatfully recieved.;)

BTW I called into my local Vodafone shop to gain their views as TMO use them as one of many airtime providers and the staff said that TMO have bought or firm like them have just bought phones/airtime from them and that Vodafone wont/cant get involved. I pointed out that VF will get a bad name from the likes of TMO but they didn't care 2 hoots!

Its just the waiting game I guess........

There are posts throughout this thread pointing out the MCOL warning about whether or not you will get your money even after winning a court case

Which address should we sent our claim? Should we use the address
