I'm relying on TMO to send back my bills with the SEV I included in order to claim on a second contract, does anyone have experience with their reliability on this front?0

They haven't with my 2 sets so not only are they not paying cashback out, they are stealing the stamps and presumably re-using them (a criminal offence)
They haven't even sent the usual (useless) e-mail saying they have recieved the bills I sent b4 Xmas (by RecDel).
I wondered when I should call in person for cashback on these claims, do I wait until the date shown on the T&C's, i.e.
11.7 says within 14 days they will notify receipt.or
11.1 says they have 45 days from the date of receipt to pay
When do I hold them liable, I would have thought the Courts would make me wait the 45 days after receipt mark, so should I wait until that date before travelling across to claim my cash?I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!

If you agreed to give them 45 days to pay you, then there is no point taking any action until those days have passed.0

If you read through the thread you will see you are dealing with a totally unreliable company that ignores just about every communication it gets (apart from a purchase order).
We now learn this includes court orders and judgements, and even the local bailiff refers to dealing with them as "a cat and mouse game".0 -

Also, note that the 45 days refers to "working" days (or at least it does on my T&C, so you are talking in the order of 9 weeks.0 -

ooohh, dirty rotten bar-keepers (or stewards)
How can there be 9 weeks when they never admit receipt, I guess I'll have to use the RD tracking delivery date as proof (for the Courts).I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!

I am filling my claim against TMO on MCOL.
Which address shall I fill in for sending the claim to, Shipley or Bradford.0 -
Hi All
I have read the threads regarding the Mobile Outlet and are still awaiting my first cashback that theyshould of paid to me by the 22/11/07 , TMO sent me an email saying it would be paid by the 18 Jan 08, my 2nd claim is due to be submitted on the 19 Jan 08 should the TMO make no payment by this date i will not be contacting them again and will be claiming via MCOL route, what i would like to know is as TMO has broken their contract should i be claiming for the full amount of cashback,as i dont wish to be chasing them evertime a cashback is due and it is them that have broken the contract not me.0 -
I have a 12-month cash back offer. After having read the T&C's, I noticed one clause "To get your cash back, you need have paid your phone bill on time by Direct Debit by the date specified on the bill".
My question is - If I need to make a claim, do I have to wait until the DD payment date (when the payment/bill for that month is transferred from the bank account), which is normally end of the month (and very close to the deadline of sending the bills), or can I send the bills before the actual payment date (i.e. before the payment of the bill of that month is made)?
Another questions is - Do I need to send all the bills or only the recent one is enough?
Thanks a lot!0 -
