I would be grateful if someone could inform me how to use the small claims court online never done and it is for £270 and of course the rest on the phone!
If you read the first page of this thread, you will find a post by the cashback collector. You will find your answer there.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

Got a reply today saying that they have just sent £210 via BACS and I should receive it within 3-5 working days.
They also said sorry for the delay. Bonus.:j
Hopefully that will be me sorted and I won't have to worry about being shafted. Maybe the Mobile Outlet are sorting their problems out and people will start getting their money.
Heres hoping ......

I receieved my first cashback with only a little chasing. My second seems to be a bigger problem. All paperwork submitted in April. A reply in May stating all was good and payment within 28 days. Now we are entering JULY and still nothing recieved. They say their system suffering a backlog since change to BACS payment. But that was months ago. Doesn't look good. This is my third cashback contract, but first with this company. I couldn't recommend them
Hi oopsie,
you need to keep on top of this. Send them a (polite) reminder that your payment is well overdue and that you need a response within 48 hours indicating a definite payment date. By my calculations, you should be due to send your next claim in imminently? The last thing you want is to be chasing TWO outstanding claims. Also, if you are eventually foced to pursue you claim(s) via the courts, you will probably need to provide evidence that you have made reasonable attempts to contact TMO & resolve the situation.

I have now had an email saying third claim received - despite no sign of second payment. Had an email from them about 2 weeks ago saying second payment would be in 7-10 days...and now there is a postal strike so I guess that is another good excuseI think....0

They now pay by BACS so post has nothing to do with it.0 -

Email dated 15th June definitely states payment by cheque in 10 working days? Is bacs payment only for contracts taken out after a certain date?
The Mobile Outlet have stated that they have switched to BACS payments.
You really should be proactive in chasing your second claim.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0
