Hi Forum, Newby here after some advice.
I have taken out a T-Mobile 12 month contract with TMO, which, through redemption, includes 10 months cash-back.
The phone arrived after a few days and I connected to T-Mobile the day after(16th June). The day after that, I received my T-Mobile bill.
My question, Which may be a silly question, but I'd like to be 100% sure, is does this count as Bill No. 1 for the purpose of cash-back? As most of you are aware, I need to send in bills 1 > 4 within 21 days of 4th bill and I'd like confirmation of which is bill No.1.
sorry for the long question, and thanks in advance for any help.0 -
Hi Forum, me again, sorry.
Ive just noticed while reading the T-Mobile monthly allowance (Flext 35)that I'm allowed up to £120, combination of calls/texts/voicemail retrieval, which T-Mobile demonstrate as 600 mins OR 1200 texts.
BUT, when I ordered my phone (Samsung U600), TMO state 600 minutes AND 1200 texts. see link

Am I being a bit naive, as that is what I thought I was getting, or am I just not understandinding it properly?0 -

From your link:
"This will give you up to 600 FREE cross network minutes and up to 1200 text messages each month."
The first bill you receive is bill No. 1.

I am currently claiming the second part of my cashback. I had no problems with the first part, but now I am struggling to get the second part. I sent off my 11th bill and received an e-mail saying that they had received it. I sent my 12th bill (on 25th March 2007) and heard nothing. I e-mailed them on 3rd June asking what was happening and they replied that they had received my 12th bill and please allow 28 days for response.
I know it hasn't been 28 days but I PM'd them on this site but got no response. I e-mailed their customer service address but only got their "possible delay - auto reponse" and then I found another e-mail address on one of these forums 'forumqueries@themobileoutlet.com' but got a mail delivery failure notice. .
Has anybody got any other ideas, other than small claims court?
I got shafted by Just3g and dont fancy losing any more money.

Hi Brenda,
I'm chasing my second cashback
More info as my claim progresses0 -
It seems a while since somebody reported actually receiving any money.
Was I the last?
Is anybody getting paid, now?
Who's still owed what? And for how long?
They replied to my claim by saying that my 1st payment would be in my account between 7 and 10 days but I don't know if that is 'working days'?
If its working days then today will be day 10!
I'm working nights tonight and tomorrow so Wednesday will have given them over and above the time they have quoted. A polite email will then be sent before I will be taking things to the next stage!0
