Thanks for thar guys exactly what i wanted. I am making my final appeal to TMO for my final cash back payment which they say I have infringed but I was on two redemption option rather than 5 thay say I didnt send right bills at right time yet they paid out at 6 months. '3' also changed the way they distribute final bill if you cancel immediately. They now delay the 12th account by a month rather than send two out. so you pay month 12 line rental and any owed extras in one bill rather than over two. TMO acknowledged they were aware of this. My next port of call is Moneyclaim unless theirs an Ombudsman I can appeal to?It pays to challenge0

I'm also on 3 with the same conditions as yourself. My 12th bill was sent within time but now they have asked for the remaining itemisation pages to also be sent. Seems like delaying tactics to me.0 -
i have been with the mobile outlet for 6 months now. i sent of my first cash back and got it back successfully. however the payment was not within 28 days. it came in about 40 days. i was told they get 100s of cashback claims..etc. i make sure i do everything neccessary to be confident enough that i will recieve my cashback. i made myself a little guide which has my terms and conditions and i record my every bill in the table which i have created. clerly state which number month it is etc. i know its all the basic but i lost a cashback claim on a previous contract because of a very basic mistake lol.
i was hoping to upload the guide but cannot seem to find the attach button lol. if anyone wants it just pm me your email and i will send it. good luck all with your cashback claims and legal action...0 -
Sounds good mwaheedf. It would be good if we could have the table on here and enter everyone's claim recieved by TMO/ payment recieved details in one post so that everyone could see quickly. Yes, Hessian also TMO no longer deal with '3' so perhaps they get no payment from them and our cashback is classed as lost net profit.It pays to challenge0 -
There have been a lot of comments on this thread between some members over antagonistic posts and accusations of bullying. I know the Board Guide here, Edinburghlass, is trying to keep this on track but it is becoming too disruptive to the topic in hand.

Well first "factual" comment on the clean slate;
The call back that The Mobile Outlet promised me on Friday never happened. I think that summarizes the TMO customer service experience, promise something, fail to deliver.
