5th and last cashback claim being sent off tomorrow.
They will then have 3 claims of mine at their office, inwhich I have not seen any money.
I'm still doing everything by the book even though I will be starting MCOL proceedings on the 11th Jan for the remaining 3 claims if I don't see some action.0 -

I think it will!!! I have just tried now, but whilst the site is up you cannot make a claim, but you can register your details.
I have just tracked my 2nd claim and it has been redirected!!!
I wont be going to suite 4 then!!!
Bradford is closer though!!
Do I go and collect my 2 cashbacks now or do I claim the full amount via the courts before they go bankrupt??ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷0 -

HMCS site is not working....
The new TMO phone number is 08714273500.
I tried to call them at 9:00 in the morning today. I spoke to an Indian guy for one minute and then the crappy VoIP line went dead. Tried to call again but was put on hold. On an 0871 number, I wonder whether it is not better to go to MCOL straight away... Links are a man's best friends.com0 -
Spot on, Server is too busy !! They are about to have a deluge of mail from Her Majestys Courts !!!0

I reported them to Quidco to try and get them removed. I know that is why I tries them and the only money I have had from them is the Quidco money!! Off to court in about 3 weeks as they defended the claim.0

The way their website has been since 21/12/07 I wouldn't say that. Thanks to their website its been a month since i raised the claim !!! I reckon someone from TMO has hacked into their website and put some kind of virus there, to slow us down ! :rotfl:0 -
I was lucky enough to have submitted my case before MCOL went down. I have obtained judgement by default, and the notice went out today.
So what next? How long should I give them before asking for an order of execution? Besides the Valley Parade and Shipley addresses, are there any other addresses I should inform the baillifs of?
I claimed for my full outstanding amount. Do I need to still submit the remaining bills? Or is the contract now cancelled?
Thanks in advance for any advice.0 -
Now you have judgement against them for the full sum you should not need to send in any more claims. (Though hang on to them till the cheque has cleared - just in case they try and get the default judgement overturned)
You will be sent a copy of the judgement which may tell them when they should pay you.
Otherwise give them a short time to pay up before starting on getting the bailiffs involved - and as always heed the warning from MCOL about being happy the Defendant is able to pay before spending any more money on them in fees for the bailiffs.0
