Hi,
don't think in terms of bill numbers - that was for the old T&Cs.
If the fourth bill shows you have been connected for only 90 days, it's not the right one to send is it?
Send the bill that shows you have been connected for 120 days....
Send it special delivery, and don't leave it till the last minute
Be sure to include ALL of the required documentation as per your copy of the T&C

Please remember that the T&C's that apply to you are the ones you recieved with your phone, THEY ARE THE T&C'S YOU SIGNED UP TO.
As for the address to send the bills to, I'm not sure. The T&C's may state the Shipley address and if it does and you send them elsewhere, they may get shirty, on the other hand, there is no-one at the Shipley office to sign for the bills.
I think the only thing you can do to clarify matters is an email or phonecall to them asking if the bills should be sent to Bradford or Shipley. You will have to remind them that they are NOT at the Shipley office as they try to tell you that they are.
If you are lucky enough to get through to them on the phone ask them to send an email confirming where to send the bills.
Good Luck.

Last "real" e-mail I've had was 28 November, saying 10 days for payment.....they've got 'till monday close of play before LBA is issued....

Can anyone confirm whether the rumours are true and that the mobile outlet have applied for bankruptcy?
Like many many others I am chasing TMO for non payment. Im weighing up taking them to a small claims county court. Any info will be greatly received.0 -

Hi GJ,
I sent the LBA with a deadline of Dec 28th. Got no response whatsoever. The MCOL site has been down over xmas for maintenance. I'm currently condensing the salient points of my LBA to 1080 characters, which is the maximum that MCOL allows for case details....
Interesting that Mobile Matters Uk Ltd registered office has changed from the address on Page 1 of this thread to the Bantams Business Centre address in Bradford.....
More as it happens....0 -

Hi I received an email from them 03/12/07. I also spoke to someone a few days ago, but i did still feel that i was being fobbed off. I would like to know if anyone has recently been paid a cashback. The last money i received from them was in August, so I am now waiting for payment of two claims the oldest one was accepted in 19/10/07. Has anyone received any money since then>0 -
Hi,
Got two contracts from TMO taken at exactly the same time, still waiting for my cash back for stage 4 & 5 on both contracts (£432 in total). I had the acceptance emails and waited but nothing, made many phone calls & emails and still nothing received. Did manage to speak to a guy on the phone last month and he said he will forward my claims to the cash back team and he did assure me that I will get paid shortly but still nothing.
I have a few questions and I would be very grateful for some help. Sorry if these have been asked before but I have little knowledge in this.
1) Do I send a separate LBA letter for each contract although both are taken at the same time?
2) Which address do I send the LBA letter(s) to?
3) Is the MCOL procedure quite straight forward? How much does it cost?
4) Will I get the Court cost back if it decides in my favour?
5) Could someone kindly provide a sample LBA.
Many thanks for your time.

2,3,4 and 5:- all these answers have been posted on this thread by myself, quentin and many others...start with the cashback collector's post on the first page, then if still in doubt trawl BACKWARDS from this page to fill in the blanks. It may seem daunting, but all the answers are there.........Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
