  • Guys, can anyone confirm that TMO is paying out? Just called them now and they told me that they would be paying in the next 3 weeks.... However, I am wondering whether this is not a delaying strategy.... On the plus side, the phone was picked up within a few seconds.

Is this a 3 week delay from your expected payment date?

If so, what reason did they give?

I received a chq (dated 4th Dec) for £84.00 on 21st December in an unstamped envelope. This has cleared my bank account & funds guaranteed after the new chq clearing legislation came into force last November.
However, I have 2 outstanding cashback claims for £140 (Oct) & £105 (Dec) so they have only partially cleared the debt. My LBA sent to Bradford in Dec was signed for but not acknowledged by them so am MCOLing today. I haven't received any humanoid replies since very early Dec despite e-mails & letters being sent.
  • Expected Payment Date was JULY last year... They had already agreed to everything and I am just waiting to get my money. Reason given... BACS broke down... as usual... I am very patient... I give them just one last time but in the meantime, I will prepare my LBA already with MCOL coming early February.

  • Hi,
Someone suggested to fax them the LBA as well. I have searched in their site but could not find it. I would be very grateful if someone could post it here please.
    Many thanks
  • Hi
I am current in the process of creating my LBA letter as i have an outstanding claim for the first stage of my cashback dating october.

The question that i require help on is do i claim for the full year cash back since they have defaulted on the full terms and conditions or do i just claim for the first stage which is the current amount outstanding and then have to repeat the process for each stage of the cash back.

    thanks

The 0870 199 1222 fax number on the dispatch note is saying " This number is not in use". Do these cowboys have a new FAX number?
    Thanks

It is not necessary to fax a LBA.

Post it and keep a copy.
