Has anyone used Mobile Phone Xchange? They're on Quidco with £3.70 cashback, makes them the best value for my phone. Just wondered if anyone had any experience of them.

Redhaze I would demand the phones back and tell them to stick their cheque! that is disgusting!

I had good, if a little slow service from Mopay. They accepted two phones and sent the cheque within a fortnight for about £23.
I forgot to take the sim card out of mine so apologies to whoever gets my old W300i and phone calls from a drunken ex!

although the comedy value of the above is tempting, we actually remove and destroy all SIM and memory cards during the phone testing.

By destroy, i mean they get shredded and put through another recycling process where the plastic and metals are reclaimed for future reuse in other industries.

Mr Mopay can you help me ... Does it mater what kind of condition the phone is in? i.e scratches etc? I have a phone which is unlocked and works perfectly however there are a couple of scratches on.

Also do you need a phone charger sending with them?

Also I have another phone which has a button missing, so would that be classed as working or not? both work fine, but they are just old phones.

  • Hi everyone - there seems to be a trend on this noticeboard. I too send my mobile to mobile2cash - who said that it didnt arrive. I had proof of postage, but didnt send recorded delivery as I thought it was a legit company. I do not beleive for one minute that royal mail have lost it, after reading this forum.

I suggest you do not use this company.
