Yeah, you might get a few who pay out of fear but generally it doesn't take people long to figure out the threat holds no weight.
Too much like hard work anyway - dog poo is available in unlimited quantites & interesting varieties. Only a little is needed each time and it does not damage anything. Difficult to enforce and unenforceable are 2 different things.

You're a little behing the times there, that was the case before the clamping ban. There is now legislation that permits private tickets and they are enforceable.0 -

Just because Parking eye are issuing claims does not mean they will win any.
Case Law exists on why they are difficult to enforce.Be happy...;)0 -

Last I heard parking eye and the likes couldn't enforce parking tickets in court and the advice was to bin them.
Today i'm told that advice is out of date... then it's not... aarrgghh0 -
enforceable or not, the whole idea seems a bit extreme and expensive / drawn out, when a chain or bollard would be a lot simpler and effective.0
