Thank you!
Not fantastic, but better than a kick in the teeth. I sold everything really cheaply (too cheaply?) & made £36.50 profit after £6 pitch fee. I shared the pitch with my folks - Dad sold one item for £30 (worth £350 new, some used drill thing), I was very envious! We had fun though, it was really sunny so it was quite busy & it wasn't that much work - I'm considering doing another one (same location) in a month or so once I've been through more crap (toys) in our house. I was most proud of myself though for resisting bacon rolls, coffee (took a flask of tea & sandwiches) & most of all the bargains! I spent £1 on 3 x Horrid Henry books for the children & 80p on some Disney high heels for DD, that was it - yahoo! This was a real achievement for me.
I've had a think about the aforementioned DH knows about Visa, and you're all right. This is the only one that comes via paper version & if DH saw the bill coming in, he may ask to see it, this makes it much more stressful. I will look into getting this bill electronically and have also amended my plans to pay this under-payment back within 12 months, rather than 6/7 months, which was quite unrealistic.
Taking all this into account and based on an estimate of what my eBay items might make when they finish tonight, I think I've another £171 or thereabouts to make in the next 22 days, which feels a lot more achieveable. DH is out a lot of evenings this week, which will really help with the money making.MBNA = £4,000 / Next = £925 (approx. tbc on 19/8)

Hello!
Spendy day today, but mostly planned so its all good. It's my Mum's birthday next weekend & I am making her a watch charm bracelet, so I went to get all the bits & pieces for that.
I'm feeling really fed up still, can't seem to shake it. Nothing is making me happy & I'm wondering if I need to go to the docs. I don't really think its debt battling related (although admittedly that doesn't help), but I'm fed up with being big & fat, fed up of DH and all the petty rows, fed up of my (new) job (HATE IT), fed up of being a mummy 24/7 & not getting any respite (I know I sound like a terrible person) & fed up of my Mum & all her petty gripes (she's retired & worrying far too much about things no-one else has time to think about), just FED UP!!!! RAHHHHHHH!!!!! I feel better now! I know it's the same for most working Mums, but I am so sick of spinning plates!! I'd just like a few days OFF - no phone, no email, no school, no work, no money stuff, no kids, no OH - just to sleep & read & chill.
I made £23 profit on eBay this week & hope to do similar, if not better, this week. I have plans in place to make my target for the end of this month, and if no disasters & no silly spending, then I should get there.
I'm off to Sainsburys tomorrow to buy petrol & utilise my 10p off per litre voucher, have to give £10 to my choir leader for my 6 monthly membership fee & have a planned dinner out with friends to celebrate my friend's birthday. All budgeted for.
I'm up again in about 5 hours so better go to bed!MBNA = £4,000 / Next = £925 (approx. tbc on 19/8)

Sorry you're feeling a bit blah- I can really relate to so much of that. You know what I wish? And it sounds weird- That the last time I was properly ill (like flu or a bad cold) before I had the kids - that I really ENJOYED it, enjoyed being able to take to my bed and feel sorry for myself. Because there is none of that now. We neither of us have parents that will swoop in and take the kids off us for the day/night, like some lucky folk do. I miss lie-ins, and sleep, and generally having time to follow my own pursuits and not being basically a servant to two demanding little emporers. Sorry, I've hijacked your thread into a rant of my own- but I'm trying to say that if you're a bad mum for wishing you had time off from the kids, then so am I- and we possibly need to start a bad mothers club (and bad daughters club, my mum drives me mad too!)
Hugs, and I hope you feel better really soon

Hi Scottish, just popping in to say hi. You sound scunnered! I think you maybe should have a wee visit to your GP. When I got in debt when I was younger I was terribly down and felt just not right, I ended up on anti-depressants and they gave me the wee bit of help I needed to start feeling like me again.
Remember you have a lot on your plate, and even just talking to the doctor might help.
Hope your feeling okay today, and do let us know if you make an appointment.

Hug from me too. We all feel a bit down sometimes, the key is to recognise what is normal day to day down-ness if you like, and what is more depressive. Only you will know. If you think it's the latter, see your GP XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
