    Hello!

A quick summary of my weekend, before I watch a (taped) Downton!

    Good things

    - Diet going well & feel like I'm losing weight (more on this another time). - weigh in on Thursday.
    - Made £20 profit this week on eBay. £5 short of my target, but better than a kick in the teeth.
    - 2 items relisted & 1 item listed, taking advantage of the FLW.
    - Have spent hours designing & filling in debt busting spreadsheets - can now see how motivating these are!
    - Closed down my screen when realising I'd very nearly spent £40 on Book People website (God, I love that website!). I would still like the items (gifts), but I'll have to wait until the money is in the correct pots to pay for them (& I therefore STOP subsidising our should-be-joint Christmas spends) & wait also until the next good offer is on.
    - 91p for some rolls, total spend this weekend.

    Bad things

    - eBay seller has opened a case for item not received. £12.85 is on hold in my paypal account. The good news is that I have the PO receipt so I can claim from RM (once I work out how).
    - Late fee for Visa card (grrrr). The payment due date jumps round from 7th of month to 14th, I always pay around 10th or 11th of month by instant bank transfer & forget to check payment due date.

    Not-sure-how-I-feel-about-things

    - Still no period...

  • Hello!

I've nothing much to report this week, but wanted to check in.

Work is really getting me down. I get paid well for what I do, but feel really lost & no-one seems interested when I ask for help. I've seen another couple of jobs - both which have more cons than pros (mainly money/benefit related), but I am going to think on it over the weekend as I'm totally fed up.

I've stopped myself spending a few times this week, & I'm noticing a real change in my behaviour.

If my eBay sales go well this week (looking to make £35), then by Tuesday I'll have paid off my final few bits for the month and will have MET ALL MY TARGETS AND SUCCESSFULLY SNOWBALLED FOR ANOTHER MONTH, yahoo!!!

& in this fast moving world, fortunes can change faster than the blink of an eye!

I've just sold the sling! For more than I expected! £40 towards October (assuming eBay sales go well this weekend & September is covered).
