Did you ask for the 14 months cover or did they offer it?

They offered it to me first time if I took it out there and then but I didn't take it as the assmonkey didn't accept the code.

Then I phoned again and got the discount but they didn't mention the 14 months instead of 12. :(

Itook out a policy two weeks ago 30th july. Unfortunately i still havent recieved any policy documents. I have phoned the cutomer services and all i get told is wait 4-5 working days. I have been waiting 10 working days now but they say they are in the post somewhere. Am I going to recieve about 4 policy documents together like buses. I told my mum to try this offer out and they told her that the offer wasnt for home start. I have been told that this is what ivegot but as i havent got any documents i cant be sue what i have sold.

Sorry if this has already been answered, but is it possible to upgrade Auto Aid cover to European for a single trip?

Many thanks for the Norwich Union code. Just got breakdown and recovery cover for £48. Very happy.
No reliance should be placed on the above.

Rang Norwich Union last night and got a Scottish call center quoted £43.93 for Rescue, Recovery and at home for 14 months cover, would not accept the code.

Rang again today got an Indian call center gave him the reference number for the above quote and asked if he would apply code CQM1, he said no problem sir, that reduces the cost to £21.66 but for twelve months only, the 14 month offer does not apply at this price, if I wanted to add onward travel as well then the cost would be £22.55.

You can guess which offer I took at £22.55 for Rescue, Recovery, at home and onward travel its a bargin!!

I tried to arrange cover for my Ford Puma approx 2 weeks ago. I got through to an indian call centre. I asked for them to apply the discount code but she told me it was not valid at that time.

Rang this afternoon and asked for another quote with the code and was told £31.90 for rescue, recovery, at home and onward travel, which was 50% off the normal price. Started cover immediately and he also gave me 2 months free.

Very happy now. Hope I don't ever have to use it though.

Just to add, I don't have insurance with Norwich Union either.
  • Wouldnt accept the code with me because i didnt have a policy with them. Will ring after 8 and hope i get an indian call centre.
