Have you talked to Phillips about losing the charger (Customer Service 0800 3316015) ? They may well send you a charger, always worth a call in a situation like this as you will then use the toothbrush heads again and so continue to be a customer.

They may also not send you a charger but it's worth a try x

I have registered one for each relative of mine:beer:

    technically,
750 perday for 10 days (5 days each at waterloo and victoria) means they prepared 7500

now after handing out 750 on first day, they added 7000, that means 7750.

so a mere 250 extra toothbrush, and they put it online to face the whole nation!!!

Does every relative of yours actually need one or were you doing it out of greed so you can then flog them online for some money?

And do you really think they were going to supply the whole nation with a free electric toothbrush? Madness.

At least with the deal moving onto the internet, non-Londoners have a hope.

Sick of companies that do things in London. Companies - there are 50m people that live outside London!

Hi, I had an e-mail from Eloise Keightley, who was the point of contact regarding this promotion, on 28/06 and she stated that there would only be 750 toothbrushes to swap each day at the London stations, advising me that there would be no point turning up at midday as they couldn't predict how many would be left by that time. Good advice for me, but proof that Colgate knew that their stock levels would be inadequate, given that the offer was highlighted to approx 8 million M.S.E. email subscribers alone!

How is that inadequate? They only wanted to give away 750.

I've registered with no shame, despite not having an electric toothbrush.

If chosen, it's worth buying a cheapy one to swap for a posh and v-expensive one!
Because it's fun to have money!

This promotion was also mentioned on the Steve Allen show, on LBC, just after 6am on the day.
No doubt this helped to swell the people waiting!!.

What are we supposed to use to clean our teeth in the time between posting off our old toothbrush and the (months ?) time taken for the new brush to arrive ?
Come on Colgate - admit it - another !!!!-up - why don't you bite the bullet and just post them to everyone in the UK - That's about 60 million at £168 each or £10 billion total.......
