You have to print off the form they have emailed and complete your details, before posting back with/without the brush.
It says that they will then check that the details you have put on the form match their system as being a person selected, before they post the brush to you! :T

How do I recycle?
Simply complete the section of the form to state you would like to recycle your brush. Enclose your old electric rechargeable toothbrush in suitable secure packaging** with the Brush Swap Completion Form and send to the freepost address printed on the form.

If you chose not to recycle, simply complete the form, sign and return to the freepost address.

Therefore you don't actually have to return your one :T
I would rather send it back AFTER receiving the new one as I'd worry about it getting lost in the post or having to get a toothbrush in the meantime :rotfl:

Got my email. 11.27 to my hotmail account. I'm not sending my brush back, even though it no longer holds charge it will cost about £5 in postage to send it.
