Can we really trust Colgate with all of our personal data - provided on the form - is this not just an advertising campaign that has already failed and Colgate are trying to recover from this by reaping as much personal data as possible to sell on to the highest bidder ???

Steps to complete the Brush Swap:

1. Download and Print the Brush Swap Completion Form

2. Complete the form, sign and then you can chose to recycle your old electric rechargeable toothbrush

Why should I recycle?
The Colgate® Big Electric Brush Swap provides you with the opportunity to recycle your old rechargeable electric toothbrush to help the environment. Your old electric toothbrush can have a new life as electronic components or even clothes!

How do I recycle?
Simply complete the section of the form to state you would like to recycle your brush. Enclose your old electric rechargeable toothbrush in suitable secure packaging** with the Brush Swap Completion Form and send to the freepost address printed on the form.

If you chose not to recycle, simply complete the form, sign and return to the freepost address.

3. Send back the Brush Swap Completion Form (with your old electric toothbrush if you chose to recycle) we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting*. The form needs to be received by 21st August 2013 at the freepost address.

4. Once we have received your form, we will verify your details against our database and send out your shiny new Colgate® ProClinical® A1500 electric toothbrush within 28 days. If you have included your old toothbrush, we will arrange for it to be recycled. Your new brush will be arriving via Yodel couriers, please keep an eye out as the package will require a signature.

I have got the email too! You just have to print off a form with your details on, guessing they will match by selected email addresses? and choose if you want to recycle your old brush or not, I'm not going to send mine off.
