Just wanted to do a quick post to say thanks all for thinking about us and for your hugs, as I'm sure you can tell DS passed with flying colours! He did everything she wanted to see, theres no need to send him to consultant early and hes even more forward with things than they expect - sitting for ages, eating lumps, etc. Thankfully, she was early so it got it over quicker. Think the poor mite picked up on my nerves as we had a massive paddy when I put him in the highchair for lunch and it ended in us both needing a change of clothes. Just grabbed a quick sarnie and hes now having a snooze. Not done anything on the list and didn't make it to town as just wanted to be with DS and play - so thats what we did (did hoover but that was only cos everywhere was covered in dog hair:rolleyes: )

Kiwi88 hope DD get better soon
AnWs Mum well done on doing something in the house, no matter how samll. You sound like your doing so well, I'm sure tomorrow will make your DH proud.

Anyhoo, think I try and get into town after babys milk feed and before his tea. Xx

Sending hugs to all of you that need them .
Tracey G - So pleased everything went well with the health visitor.
AnWs Mum - Thinking of you and your family,.
Took dd2 the dentist this morning, managed to do the living room when i got back . The sofa cover was put in washing machine along with cushion covers.
Just a few things to do later as the day is going so quickly. Really need to sort under the coffee table AGAIN as soon as its done a pile of papers etc appear as if by magic.
  • Fabulous news, Tracyg!
Off to doc now - just to cheer everyone up, here is an excerpt of my account:
House descending into chaos, decided that as the washing machine was broken and I couldn’t wash the sofa covers, then I should buy new ones – not worth buying new ones, might as well buy the whole new sofa – it would be impossible to get a sofa the right colour, so we would have to replace the curtains as well: contemplated spending money loaned to us to cover mortgage repayments on a flat we are trying to sell.
Cleared out my wardrobe of everything practical (and warm) – I thought it would make life better if I just wore pretty things. I couldn’t get myself organised enough to return a book to the library – so rather than have to pay any more fines, I ordered a stack of books on the internet (there is no money in the budget for books!). Decided to save electricity and be green – the tumble dryer is now sitting !!!!!!ed in the garden.

    Hey ho!
    Is it home time yet?

Afternoon all. Well I felt a bit better today so went out to get hopefully the last of the holidays things, after a few shops finally found a swimming costume that fit! Hopefully won't loose my boobs out of this one :rotfl: few other things bought aswell.

Not been back long and went out first thing so still quite a lot to get done, but as DPs out tonight will do it then, waiting for some water to heat up so I can wash up and do the floors

Tracyg pleased to hear the little ones review went well :T

Kiwi hope your DD is better soon

Right off to have a nosey about before I get on with it, coffee to finish.
One day I might be more organised...........
