hi, not looking for medical advice. history, just a few weeks short of my 50th birthday. suffer a range of medical problems, which are all being treated by dics/hospital, but really suffering from horrendous, hit flushes during day and night. not really wanting to go on hrt, but does anyone have any idea how to alleviate…

If no-ones's brought this up,please be aware that you can't take sage and some other health products if you have high blood pressure. I was foiled by this:mad:
