FWIW, I don't advocate doing that at all...I use 56mph because it prevents lorries having to overtake me and vice versa.

Where has the OP said that time to pay is an issue? Suggesting going to court to dispute something without knowing the facts (other than that the OP has at no point said they weren't speeding) is idiotic advice.
