I ordered some stuff for my hols not VIP just normal sale Saturday.i go on Sunday bit every item was 4 week delay.i need my swimwear and shorts now not after summer

It has been like Christmas this week here! I feel sorry for the courier we have as she has been here everyday this week Just waiting on one pair of sandals and i will have received everything!

My credit limit was £5,000 and yesterday when I tried to buy something
cashier said she needed to call customer service to get an authorisation.
She called and had an auhorisation(my account was in credit)
I checked my account this morning and credit limit is 0.
I am shocked and I dont know why. I will give them a call later

Ps. I justchecked OH's account. His creitlimit was £300 and account was £40
In credit(we made gift card payment by mistake)
Now credit limit is still same but £40 is gone and no explanation
Not in activity not in statements,its just gone.

I've only seen small updates but I'm not up in the ealy hours when the big updates usually occur (around 3am)

Hi all, think there may have been a home update as I can currently see an iPad, iPod touches and x boxes, not interested myself but hope it helps someone on here !

They've changed the Sale section to 'Clearance' and have added everything that isn't 50% off - lots of furniture, iPads, iPhones, consoles, designer clothes.

I wonder if people have turned down the iPads because Next wanted payment upfront within 5 days. I did complain that I had a £5k credit limit, zero balance, the courier delivered here all the time and I was far from a risk and they still insisted due to fraud reasons. My courier leaves things wither behind my bin or throws them over the fence. They've even lobbed things in someone else's porch up the road so I told Next that if it doesn't appear tomorrow I'll be far from happy and will be wanting a refund. They need to use someone other than Hermes for deliveries.

I'd noticed this too, hopefully we'll get our proper big update soon!
