Just logged into my next account to check when my items will be delivered, and it says they were delivered yesterday. We were here all day so phoned customer services and she checked and the courier says that they'd put the parcel through the letterbox, but as she said there was about 10 items so there is no way it could fit through the letterbox.

She going to get someone to call the couriers tomorrow and get back to me, hoping that I won't have to pay for the items if they aren't delivered.

Sounds like your courier should have delivered yesterday but has kept the stuff and will deliver tomorrow. If not as there is no proof they were delivered to you...no signature, Next would refund.

Do you still get an email to track deliveries & if so is it the night before theyre delivered? I collect my orders fom store normally so Ive forgotten what happens lol x

Sometimes the night before, sometimes actually during the early hours of delivery day...in my experience.

This happened to me with two sets of blinds. There is no way they'd fit through a letterbox. Anyway what had happened was the courier opened someone's porch door in our road and chucked them in. The fella was nice enough to bring them round so I had them by the time Next called me back. They were very concerned though and I was annoyed as the courier had lost my sale order before. You don't have to pay them for things that have gone astray. Use the call back bit on the website and they'll ring you Monday.

Hi, does anyone know if I return something (instore) I bought online at full price, how soon after will it show online again as I want to risk buying it back at the sale price.

I tried this last sale...it is a little risky, but the SA told me it can take anything up to a week. 6 days later I bagged it.

Ask in store how long returns are talking in an innocent manner :-)
