Thanks Badlass, do you know whether the items definitely reappear in the early morning update or could it be in one of the updates throughout the day?

Is anyone else hacked off with getting charged more for certain goods in the vip sale. I posted in their Facebook and was told tough luck basically but my issue is that they should have said that you may pay less if you wait until the actual sale.

Ordered some white linen trousers a couple of weeks ago, they came in over the weekend so I couldnt collect because of sale. Ive reordered them at sale price & its going to take 6 weeks for them to arrive, even though I have a full price pair sat there waiting for me they wont reduce the full price ones grr!!

Don't they have that rule that if you bought something full price and it ends up in the sale a few weeks later, they'll reduce the price? No?

I can understand why they wont reduce something you bought pre sale, I just dont get why I need to wait 6 weeks for my reduced ones. If Ive managed to order in the sale surely I could have the ones that are instore now, if I hadnt managed to get any ordered in the sale that would be fair enough, I wouldnt expect them reducing.

Perhaps if you bought instore they would reduce instore, but online and instore aren't the same sales, the barcodes are different for the same items for a start so online flag up as online, but if you buy online it has to be returned to the online returns as it's a separate operation.

Just use the ones which have been delivered,keep the paper work that has come with them .Then return the pair you get later using this paper work ,that way you still get them at sale price.
