Next summer sale *UPDATED*

Massive update at about 3:30 this morning, 900+ items in the girlswear section as an example but it all sold out literally instantly - every time I went to add anything to the basket it was sold out.

Really hate that about the next sale sections. They need to update it when things sell out rather than still listing them.

Quick question - does anyone have details on the two 17" toshiba laptops that were listed at the beginning of the VIP sale? One was priced £295 (from £599) model no. L870 - black notebook, can't remember the other one except that it was down to £350. Looking for details on processor, ram and hard drive. I don't have the 2013 catalogue. BIG thank you to anyone that can help.

I ordered a few bits online to be delivered to store, went to store after receiving my email saying my stuff was in and it's not there. The guy serving me said 'oh it's lost' rang customer services and told them and they said they would do a refund. I am annoyed as I could have picked the stuff in the actual sale in store but didn't because I thought I already had it.

Makes me wonder if they even sent the order in the first place.

I was expecting 3 parcels today but only one arrived. I got an email listing the stuff that had arrived and then another apologising that not everything i was expecting today had arrived, the rest should be here in 2-3 days apparently. This is better service than usual where they just ignore the fact that not everything had been delivered. Most of the stuff I ordered was for my yet to be born nephew anyway so I'm not really in any hurry for it to arrive.

Can I ask people who didn't get slots whether they have recently changed from the old size directory to the compact one? I got contacted last autumn about it and agreed and since then haven't had a vip invite after always getting them. I was so cross after the christmas sale that i cancelled the directory yet one has still shown up this week!

i didn't know they were offering compact size ones! that would be a lot handier than the big pig of a thing that i got delivered last week!

I used to get a slot, even if it wasn't the first one but I didn't get one this time. I still get the regular directory. I think every one must get a go for a few years maybe 2 or three, then they give others a turn.
