Just use the ones which have been delivered, keep the paper work that has come with them .Then return the pair you get later using this paper work ,that way you still get them at sale price.
Do they not mark the label of all sale stuff with a red dot?0 -

:-( I was hoping you were having a parcelfest and were too busy to post. Send them an e-mail and ask for a callback pronto.

Is it worth the risk?0 -
Just been billed for the items I bought last week - due by 18th July - I am suprised as I expected to have until august for the bill?!0

Billed or the items added to your account? If you contact them you don't have to pay for things you don't have. They've billed me for stuff the courier lost before and I didn't have to pay. Ask them.0

I have just had an e-mail to say one of my items is ready to pick up but it also says:
These items will be held in store for up to 14 days from the date of delivery. If the items are not collected by this time they will be returned and a £1.75 admin charge will be applied to your account.
Is this new? I have never noticed before0 -

They've had this for a few months now. Think it must be to prevent items being left in store after not being collected.0 -
Thanks Sue - I have never notice before - sometimes order sale stuff & because of the 6 week time frame am away on holiday when they come in0

Had an email today while I was at work to say the netbook I'd ordered had been signed for and delivered so I assumed a kind neighbour must have signed for it. When I got home the parcel was on the doorstep, in full view of the street. Courier must have signed and left it there. Does anyone else think this isn't right? What if someone had taken it?0
