  • Awww Pateroo, love the Disney board for your OH. So cute - and clever too. Lovely finish - very professional. The 'font' you've used for the 'Joseph' canvas is perfect. It compliments the whole thing beautifully. Great Makes!! You're really talented, you clever thing!

It is so cool to wear in the hot weather. I learnt this trick from the ladies out in Hawaii in the heat of Summer out there, long and loose do keep you cool, add a large brimmed hat, put on your sunnies and you are set.

Battleaxe may I ask did you use a pattern for the dress? would be perfect for me for work.

Loving the new craft forum and this thread - just found it today. I have been crafting since I was wee - I have a small etsy store and sew, knit and craft for myself, family and friends.

Currently working on two skirts for me, fingerless gloves for my daughter and cards for my store.

  • I have started to make my fanned Bargello Jacket today, got the right front done.

Who ever said Bargello is easy?

Not a good photograph, but you will get the idea

OH MY GOODNESS!!! What a brilliant idea - but I fear it would be way too complicated for my small brain to get round. lol.

You'll have to post us a photo when you've finished so that we can all drool over it!:)

I made this for another mum with a cleft baby. Her little girl has just had her palate repair and I thought it would be a nice little surprise. And the card I (made and) sent too...
(Thecard's sentiment was 'thinking of you')

did this one for my sister a couple of Christmases ago

this is one i did for a charity stall -its similar to the one im doing at the mo

Love the bags, I did one for one of my grandaughters but I used two different colours of wool ( knitting them together ) and used moss stitch, I also knitted her a hair-band to go with it, she's only 3 so of course anything I make her is loved whether it's good or not lol. Can I ask if you've lined them, I'd thought of doing that but the thought of trying to sew material to the wool put me of as I thought it wouldn't look right. I wish I could do some of the things that have been posted, what a clever bunch you lot are :T

    Hi all,
I wasn't sure if making soap counts as crafts, but I'm hoping to get a batch made today. I'm using a slightly different oil this time. If it turns out ok I'll post some piccies tomorrow :)
