Decided to spoil myself and just received a yummy grocery delivery from Waitrose for a change (and also blown my May budget) but they say a change is as good as a rest
BTW, does anyone know how best to keep fresh fish and how long can I expect it to last? I have a couple of fresh tuna steaks and a couple of skate wings, but forgot that DS is away until Sunday now  ... would any of it freeze ok?
