Lunch today was a dressed Cromer crab and mixed salad leaves :)

Decided to spoil myself and just received a yummy grocery delivery from Waitrose for a change (and also blown my May budget :o ) but they say a change is as good as a rest ;)

BTW, does anyone know how best to keep fresh fish and how long can I expect it to last? I have a couple of fresh tuna steaks and a couple of skate wings, but forgot that DS is away until Sunday now  ... would any of it freeze ok?

Breakfast - Wholewheat mueseli and skimmed milk with strawberries, cuppa tea
Lunch - Piece of leftover pizza lurking in fridge and HM cake (not one of my healthier days) cuppa tea
Tea - Lemony chicken in slow cooker, roast spuds, roast veg, steamed veg (large glass of sherry - well, it's Friday and I don't get to go out)

Also - snacks - too many of those choccy marshmallow teacakes left over from DS1's party :( with yet more tea.

I had an apple and cinnamon muffin (home made!) for breakfast, some lentil casserole for lunch and am having a big pile of brocolli, spinach and some other fresh veg for dinner.

I'd like the lentil casserole recipe if you have it..? Thanks!
