I usually make a recipe exactly as per the instructions the first time... after that it's never the same again.

What is everyone having for tea tonight? The sun is shining here and it is quite warm so I think I'm having enchiladas and salad. I do have to go shopping this afternoon so I could have a change of mind depending on what's on offer:)

Something with pork left over from Monday's Sunday lunch of rubber pork.

Might turn into pork and apple rissotto.

Murtle, make it into bolognese, lasagne anything else you can think of and freeze it in portions, then you have a selection of ready meals for when you can't be bothered to cook.
When life hands you a lemon, make sure you ask for tequilla and salt ;)
