Rubber chicken pie tonight....one medium chicken has done the 4 of us 4 meals plus stock and soup in the freezer!! Not bad for £1.99 worth of meat!

Rubber chicken here too. And I'll find a use for the huge bunches of dill, coriander and parsley that I've just got from the asian market :D

Its pork chops with something here. I know its going to be a strange dinner as the cupboards are bare. So chances are its pork chops with rice or pasta, with a huge pile of peas, so that we can defrost the freezer tonight.

Breakfast: Hot X Buns (from freezer, reduced to 32p)

Lunch: 'Green' sandwiches - (HM chilli bread) and HM fruit cake

Dinner: HM Beef Loaf (from freezer), semolina pudding with apple puree.

I'm cooking a joint at the same time ready for tomorrow (slices thinner cold ;) ) It was a large half price one that I stocked up on. I'm going to slice the lot tomorrow, then freeze 3/4's of it for future "roast" dinners (will do the same with the gravy).

    Sunday:

Brunch: Mushrooms on chilli bread toast

Dinner: Roast beef - if the wether is hot, it will be new potatoes, if cooler, roast potatoes. Trip to Farm Shop in the morning will determine the veggies ;)

    Breakfast??? What's that??

Lunch - whatever I can rustle up from the fridge as dh has left me alone with the little one again.

Tea - Bratwurst, chips and crusty bread. A treat because it's just dh and me for tea.
