Shez, sorry to hear about your job - if you're feeling down, have a look at the 'Oh my God what have I done' thread.

It just goes to show that sometimes things happen for the best, and you just have to believe in yourself.

    Hope something turns up soon

(((((((Shez))))))) - sorry to hear your news - was just looking at our photos from Legoland the other day and thinking of you. PM me if you need to.

Very busy - have been off most of the week as it's half term but had to come in today as although I had originally booked it off DD was then poorly for a day and i had to use todays leave for that.

Plans for today - leave early - pick up kids from mums and go home to do some gardening. Two of the lavender plants I grew from seed have suddenly wilted and died and I'm really gutted but will also have to check the roots etc as I planted at least 15 more in the front garden and so far they've been growing beautifully. I also lost all my morning glory - I planted it in a wooden tub which had housed an ants nest. I cleaned it out and treated it but the blooming ants just went straight back to it and gobbled up the morning glory, I will have to sling it. I get rather emotionally attached when I grow things from seed if I had bought them as plants I wouldn't mind so much. Daft really.

New site is cool-still sooooo slow though.

Hugs to all in need especially Shez.

    Take care

Right attitude, Shez! and don't think it's about being clever, maybe you just have too much integrity to play the dirty games. Be proud of that...

Keep in touch with big boss - always useful to keep contacts warm. Never know when you need them, or they need you.

but usual to feel rejected and hurt. Remember it was you who rejected their games. Something better will be along soon.

My good news is I got £41 back in quidco this month. Bad news is I got a £15 tesco voucher (non transferable!) which I can't use because I only have an Electron card! Grrr!

Also saw a house I could so easily fall in love with, but having real problems tracking down workmen to sort out my own house before I can sell it. Only saw the pictures so far, hope to visit this weekend. Keep you all posted!

Try this thread. I made the one by Mr BE yesterday (you need to click through the link in my post), and it's yum - sending you a piece now to cheer you up. Look out for DHL van

There's a simpler recipe if you look further down but it doesn't look as yummy ;):D :A
