Oyster Top Up - London
I was successful in getting an Oyster Top Up at Serhat Supermarket at 12 Clunbury Street, N1 6TT last week. It is walking distance of Old Street tube station. You need a map because it is tucked away down a back street. They did charge me 50p for using Amex.

I complained to Amex after trying the three different retailers I mentioned above and them refusing payment. I received a letter from Amex stating it had been brought to their attention that information stated on Shop Small regarding the three retailers was incorrect and a credit was issued to my account of £15.0
