Would this work if i bought my monthly travel card from my corner shop do you think? They are on the list and cannot see travel cards excluded, but wondered if anyone has had issue in the past. Thanks.

Yes, up to 10 purchases so that would make £50 the maximum.

I seem to remeber doing this last time with one of my card that's in a joint account, but maybe someone else can confirm.

You can. You should find that the cards have different numbers on them, even though they are from the same account.

See no reason why not, as Amex doesn't know the transaction, only that you have purchased from the location, I've bought giftcards on previous promotions, and also used discount vouchers, and always got the cashback.
