Feeling super guilty today, had to miss my little boys first sports day due to work

Made sure his nana and grandma were there to cheer him on but still. I'll be glad to have a year off work so I don't have to worry about child care/holidays/missing things. 8 weeks to go after tomorrow!

Nessie - I didn't get any advice either (BMI 35). Only seen the registrar at 12 week scan & TBH can't recall weight getting a mention.

I'm about 8lb lighter than when I got pg but nothing intentional, just morning sickness in early weeks put me off eating & probably eating 'normally' now - not over eating like in the past!

Hi all, sorry for not popping in sooner, been a roller coaster week and LO arrived on 3rd July at around 2am.
My slow labour got worse the Monday night before I was due to go in to be induced Tuesday am. Ended up being sick with every contraction so was admitted and then had pessary first thing in the morning. Got a bit scary from there but will post BS on the appropriate thread and good news is she's all fine now and I'm on the mend but quite anaemic

She was 8lb 10oz :eek: Forceps in the end with two pushes as was determined not to have c-section if possible!

Congrats Sparkles..hoping you recover quickly : ) Lovely to see another baby has arrived safely

Feeling a bit stressed today. When I went to midwife yesterday they went on and on about the need to monitor baby's movements and call up day or night if the patterns change. The thing is I don't know what the pattern is...he can move like crazy on a day and then move a lot less the next. Yesterday he was rampant but today he hasn't moved half as much although he has been kicking and is now.

I just don't know..some days he moves on the train to work, some days not until 11 or so. The only time he is pretty clockwork is during the evening..but now I'm not just 'aware' of his movements I've turned obsessive.

I'm totally exhausted today after another long day at work and it's just hit me that I'm stressed out constantly. If it's not baby worries, it's money and my job.

A lady elbowed my bump twice while crowding round train door too...I may as well be invisible until someone fancies calling me fat!!!

Has anyone ordered off pramworld before? I'm a little nervous in case there is any problem with the pram they send.
