Kerri what craft bots have you bought? I would love to have some montessori type items but was :eek:at how expensive they are!
Mrs T_M I am a size 14 and a 36HH and the medium size fits me fine. They are comfy although as they are not cotton they can become a bit sticky if you get too hot.
Amy she is gorgeous!!!Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -

1 x little people - Dad (peg & cup toy - bought a 4.1cm bean pot from craftyshapes)
4 x 1" round beads (will use some string and make into grasping beads)
1 x hen egg, 1 x wooden egg cup (cup & egg)
2 x round pull ball/bead, 1 birch dowel 1/2" (with some curtain rings will make into a wooden rattle)
1 x 3" diameter wheel, 1 x heavy axle peg (ordered some 6.4cm wooden rings from craftyshapes and will make this a ring toss game)
6 x 5/8" beehive beads, 6 x 1/2" round beads (using strong elastic to make into a teether)
1 x 1/4" oak dowel (for the munari mobile)
When she's older I'll buy some more eggs & cups and paint them using watercolour paint for a sorting activity. Also going to go to h0bbycraft for styrofoam balls & embroidery thread to make the gobi mobile and will see if I can see some nice card there for the octahedron mobile and some shiny card for the dancer mobile. Between those two woodcraft sites there's enough bits and pieces to make a lovely selection of easy to make toys using little more than a small hacksaw and some wood glue. I had to buy a hacksaw though, I don't own onehave been looking at that perfect prep seeing as everyone is talking about it, have to say I'm not sure I get the point of it?Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Re toys for little ones - our local sure start centre introduced me to using household items as toys for them to get used to different textures and objects. My little one's toys included a nail brush, pieces of ribbon, an old remote control (obv with batteries removed), a loofah, a silver foil survival blanket (they love the noise from scrunching those) and her favourite was a shower hose (obv new and without a shower head attached - was about £4).
Amy - she is sooo cute!

I just lost another massive chunk of plug with blood on it. How much is there up there?! Thats 3 big chunks I've lost now!!
Sweep no 2 tomorrow morning. Am fairly sure that will get things moving. Surely....
I don't really get the perfect prep thing yet and I bought one.I'm going to try breastfeeding again. It didn't go so well last time. I've bought bottles, a steriliser and a perfect prep (also for £48 a couple of weeks ago) and I've not opened them as if I can make breastfeeding work then I will sell them all and as I got them all at the lowest prices I should make the same back. If I do need to use them I will read the instructions and go from there. Have got a couple of ready to go milk things for whilst I learn.
I found bottle feeding really easy last time apart from the bottle making, I used to hate that! So I figured if £50 made that process easier and made me not hate it then it was totally worth it.Married my lobster in July 2011
