Poor you Kynthia - I go through London Victoria everyday and it was packed last night, I guess because of people trying to find another route home. Commuting was the biggest factor for me in choosing when I finish work, am starting maternity just after 34 weeks, as although I could continue my desk job I am already totally fed up of the commute and the stress that goes along with it. Have a better day today!
Thanks Fran-o, it isn't easy commuting 3.5 hours a day on top of 8 hours in the office. Especially with PGP as squeezing into the seats and all the walking can be uncomfortable on the pelvis. I'm going to stop work at 36 weeks because of this and can't wait. I feel exhausted today and can't get up.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0 -
Just had an email from amazon, the perfect prep is part of their Black Friday deals today if anyone was looking to buy one still
All the baby deals for today are here:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/gb/ld/59624031/ref=aa_gb_ld_c_13
Depends on the discount but some of them go really really quick so be sure to be on at the exact time for thr thing you want- think you've got half an hour after ordering to change your mind.
Thank God I have no money, I got loads last year lolLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6

Oooh I'll be waiting for the Perfect Prep deal to come up tonight, thanks for the heads up!
I wonder how good the discount will be as I'd noticed the price had jumped back up again at the weekend... or am I being cynical?!
Your commute last night sounded awful Kynthia! Hope it's better today. I admire all of your London ladies, I get panicky just walking through my town centre on market day, thinking people are going to hurt my bump- no idea how I'd cope in London!
Nice to hear that you're doing well Amy85!
Hope the baby gets a move on Abi! Sending labour vibes your way!
Glad everything's OK with the baby Becca, must have been a worry.
In my fun news, my boobs have started really leaking now! I'm not loving it.Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Birdie I have leaky boobs top! Is gross! Got some little lambs reusable pads, they're good. XFirst baby due 3/3/14 - Team Yellow! Our little girl born 25/2/140

Going to have to get some of those.
Also need a comfy bra to sleep in because I keep waking up with a crusty PJ top! _pale_ Why do we have to start producing/leaking so early?! As if turning into a hippo isn't enough, we keep getting thrown more and more gross stuff to deal with!

Morning all!
Kynthia - I don't envy you the commute at all, one of the reasons I left London was the commute and that I kept blowing black soot out my nose after each journey.
Becca - glad everything is ok, these babies don't half like to worry us!
Rummer - hope you feel better soon, have you got any olbas to sniff?
Fran-o - sounds like a very enjoyable and productive weekend.
Amy - glad you're feeling on the mend and the bf is going well
Abi - sending you labour vibes, fingers crossed baby comes before the induction
Birdie - gosh that doesn't sound very glamorous, the things they don't tell us before we get pregnant!
AFM - I'm feeling a bit odd today, I almost feel like I've a migraine coming on. Feel a little bit nauseous, a bit dizzy, and a little headachy. I hope it goes away soon as I need to finish off a little bit of work before I finish for the yearAnyone else getting too hot in bed at the moment? I was up at 5am as my feet were too hot and I went to sleep in the nice cold spare bed instead lol. Ooh and the colour pack for our pushchair has finally arrived
just the carseat to go now

I haven't had leaky boobs at all really. The odd bits of dampness but never so much as needing a breast pad. I didn't last time either tho
Amy - glad things are going well. Looking forward to seeing piccies

I hope things get moving for you abis21, come on baby! We all want to say hello before the weekend.
Glad to hear that things are going well amy-85
Thank you for the reminder about Black Friday TeamLowe, I'm completely forgot about it!
Birdie85 This might not be very comforting atm but leaky boobs can be a blessing in disguise later on as you tend not to become too engorged. One of my friends didn't leak at all and she found even showering really painful because they were so tender!
Thankfully it was summer when I had DS so I just slept topless with towels under me as I leaked a lot!Currently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck
