Dida - thanku! can't believe it's been 2 weeks either! Cramps are still there now but nothing too exciting going on. Went for a 2 mile walk and now back is aching but it wasn't as bad as I thought!

Hoping so much this carries on and actually comes to something just to avoid being induced and also having to wait another week!

This is going to sound stupid but im so worried that I wont know im having contraction, with having these pains now if they get worse will that be my contractions or is it totally different?

Argh! I need some sleep! I hate to moan because I love the sunshine so much but the heat at night is unbearable! I need a fan - I'm currently lay in bed with a bottle of diet coke from the fridge on the back of my neck listening to OH snoring as he's been doing for the past 2 hours!!

At least I'm making progress on candy crush!!

So glad that baby has turned girlzmum - happy days!
tiny_courageous stop googling now, just remember to ask loads of questions and then ask for a number you can call if you have any other questions when you go away.

I nearly killed myself last night cleaning the bathroom - I was exhausted! :rotfl: I suppose doing it after the warmest day of the year might not have been the best idea. Still in the middle of decorating though so the house is an absolute tip. Wallpapering being done on Friday (by a professional!) and then carpets in on Thursday next week and I can almost get it back to a normal state!

Morning all

Cooler and rainy here this morning...almost glad as I've a huge amount of housework to be done. Our Hoover broke last week and it took til last night to get a new one, so now I have 6 days worth of black Labrador hairs to Hoover, and the floors haven't been cleaned in that time either, so will have the steam mop out too...thank goodness for wooden floors, only the bedrooms have carpets and the dog isn't allowed in there so they're not too bad!

Bump hasn't been enjoying the heat very much, I've been soo tired in the heat but just can't get comfy enough to sleep.

Annoyed with DH, it was his birthday yesterday but as he was working we didn't do much (though he did come home to a big batch of cupcakes I'd made). Says he is going out with the boys from work on sat night for his birthday , no problem. Then later on he says its a shame X from work can't go as he's working sat (they finish at four on a Saturday, so can't see the problem myself). Then just before bed, he says something about meeting the boys from work at lunchtime on Sat!! So it's not a night out, it's an all day sesh, which means our entire weekend can be written off, as he'll be too rough on Sunday to do anything. Grrr, don't get me wrong, DH works bleedin' hard, 60+ hours a week and I don't grudge him a night out at all, but does he really need to use a whole weekend up?!

Ladies under consultants - did u get another scan at 32 weeks, or is it dependant on the reason your under consultant?

I have a 32 week appointment in a few days in the hospital and was just wondering x

I've never had another scan other than when they have checked water/size and have been under consultants with all 11.

Nikki i was worried about not knowing what contractions would feel like but they get more intense the more frequent they are. My show started to come away as well. Mine started coming every 15-20mins at first, if you have a phone with apps i would download one to time them as i got dh to do that on Friday in between ringing the hospital to tell them how far apart they were. Good luck, sounds like it won't be long now for you.x
