I can't wear flip flops when my feet aren't blessed with marshmallowness.. I have really wide feet anyway.. I now look like a Hobbit!

I have pics of baby stuff on the line.. not todays but from when we found Tiddles stuff in the loft a few months ago.. she is nearly 9 and I thought the stuff was long since rehomed/lost. It is all pretty girly stuff.. todays mountain is all white



9 year old baby washing.. it was all sooty so was washed before being looked at.. it had spiders and all manner of ickiness!

I volunteer myself

I'm more than happy in this heat to volunteer myself to queue jump. Went into labour with ds at 36+5 so I'm feeling a bit put out that this one wants to stay in longer, especially in this heat!

was easy for me to assemble and has a masooove shopping basket. Cant wait till baby is here to use it properly.

was meant to pack my hospital bag today but havent, best do it tonight i think.

I've been to the mw and had a sweep, I'm already 2cm dilated and cervix is very favourable apparently. She could feel his head and said the sweep was successful. Ive had bleeding since but just when I wipe which she said was normal. Have also had period like cramps but just started getting worse now...I guess that could be good? mw suggested going for a long walk but in this sticky heat it's the last thing I want to do!
I'm booked in for induction next Tuesday if nothing happens before then so I'll be 42 weeks then!

Had my GTT yesterday and got a phone call today to say my levels were too high, so urgent appointment at the hospital tomorrow. Will have to wait and see what they say. My arm is already covered in bruises from yesterday's blood tests.

Ahh good luck NikkiAnn! Fingers crossed you'll be meeting your bubba soon Amus I also have varicose veins but only on one leg. They popped out a couple of years ago, I think from crossing my legs under the desk at work. Now though they are soooo painful! From about 9.15 my leg has swollen up to double the size of the other and I have a one legged cankle... Pretty attractive! Dr says I should wear a support stocking in the last trimester (2 weeks away) but I can't see that happening in this heat!

LOL, Pigpen I took a quick pic on my phone before going to my appointment, showed it to DH and he cooed like mad at it! I swear, that guy is the broodiest man on the planet! Will try to upload it later on.

Well - Wriggler has turned!!! :j Have appointment made for next week and they're going to give me my induction date so the end is in sight. I'm a very happy mummy tonight.

So, DH has suggested we make the most of no children (they're still on holiday with my family!) and go out tonight to the cinema but tbh after sitting in ante natal clinic for 3 hours I'm sore and really tired. Oh this being pregnant is so much fun.

Excellent news Girlzmum.. so pleased baby turned.. mine is currently doing happy dances I'm sure of it.. that or we are getting a wallaby!

I had to laugh earlier on, Wriggler slept until about 2 minutes before we got called to go in for scan! I'm amazed she managed to get any measurments for him at all. My whole tummy is jumping all over the place.
