Congratulations Welsh Hope you make a speedy recovery.

Just had a MW appointment, bump is measuring 23w and I'm 26w so they're sending me for a growth scan. I tried to explain to her that my sister measured small and I'm not exactly huge but she's sending me anyway. Oh well at least we'll get to see baby again. I think my sister went for lots of extra scans due to being small, her babies were 7lb-ers though she didn't carry much water.
MW was also pushing the whooping cough vaccine and telling me she's seen babies with whooping cough. I feel I've made an informed decision not to get it and I'm not neurotic or anti-vaccine. I explained if it had been given to pregnant women for 5yrs+ then I'd not even question it, but I don't want to be a test case especially with my medical history. Still need to research flu vaccine though.

Congratulations Welsh! Lol nene never mind, we are all moving up fast!

So, so sick of heartburn and the yuck tablets. Really looking forward to my first heartburn-free sleep after having the baby. My mum claims hers went away instantly after giving birth, i hope i am the same!

Owww, my baby is doing an Alien moment and trying to burst out of both my sides at once! :eek: Ouch, it's really uncomfortable! Such a strange feeling. I wish it would behave and get head down!

Congratulations! Have we heard anything from an9i77, she was going in for a section on Monday I think?

Off for pre op tomorrow, strange knowing the exact date my baby will be arriving, hopefully they'll tell me what time I need to go in on Tuesday as they didn't give me a time when they booked my section in.

How exciting amus! Wouldn't it be great if birth worked like that, but without the c-section? Would love an exact date as I currently have a range of anytime from now until 5 weeks time :eek: lol
