This reminds me of when DD1 was a few weeks old and I had had a hot shower. I got out and was wandering around looking for a towel and felt water dripping on to my feet. I looked down and it wasn't water!!!! Both b00bs were leaking. I cupped my hands over and shouted for my DH to help, he just rolled around weak with laughter!!!
Sorry Lola but that's just tickled meluckily OH was away last night so the only one to see was the cat and she gave me a rather disgusted look.

Have fun sweetie!! Today I'm petrified of being a mum  I haven't a clue! !!!!0 -
Did this from my phone earlier and it didn't work but just tried it on the laptop now and it's done it! Yey - so thanks so much Vic3 - I spied some muslin swaddles for £17 so thanks to this I can have 3 for £7. Bargain! Much appreciated!
So glad it worked for you!DS born November 2013 :smileyhea0 -

congratulations and welcome amyloofoo!
hope you have a lovely baby shower angelmommy
for me things got really quick after 24 weeks! now I'm 36 weeks and thinking I'm only a few days away from 37 weeks - then I'll be having hot curries, pineapple, raspberry leaf tea and hopefully BDing again!
feeling a bit cross with OH. I've been asking him to do jobs that only take him a few minutes and he pulls a face. If I could do it then I would! I must not get too cross and do some heavy lifting and knacker my back. I'm starting to dread night times because of the awkward trying to get out of bed, with a myriad of pillows for specific positioning, to go to the toilet several times! I must be feeling sorry for myself today. 36+20 -
I'm feeling cross too benice! Things like just tidying up dishes/putting washing away just don't get done unless I do them. No heavy lifting mind but annoying all the same!
Would you ladies mind telling me which baby monitors you've got? Don't really want anything fancy like a video one as its really for when its out of our room in six months time. Something basic would be great to hear breathing/crying etc. any recommendations welcome as it seems a little overwhelming!0 -
I have to have a little talk to myself when I start getting cross about jobs that need doing :rotfl: OH works long hours and quite often puts in a lot of overtime so feel like I cant really moan at him about it.
He has 3 days off next week and we already have things that need to be done on all those days, feel pretty bad that he doesn't get a day to just chill out at home and do nothing! Have got a small list of little jobs that need doing, but I know he'll do it because he promised last week.
We have a tommee tippee monitor, but its one that has the sensor pad (dont use that bit for DS now) so not a basic one as such.
This is going to sound really stupid, but can you use two monitors in a house or do they interfere with each other? I cant hear DS from his room so we still use his monitor.Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -
sorry can't help too much as I just got this despite wondering if I really needed a monitor! angelcare video, movement and sound http://www.amazon.co.uk/Angelcare-AC1100-Video-Movement-Monitor/dp/B004E9SWQ2/ref=sr_1_3?s=baby&ie=UTF8&qid=1378638404&sr=1-3&keywords=angelcare . I have discovered that when you put it in your basket it takes off about £20 in promotional balance which might have something to do with amazon family membership. It was a really good deal.
People seem to really like the angelcare movement and the deluxe version is just a tiny bit more with two handsets on amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/Angelcare-Movement-Sensor-Monitor-Deluxe/dp/B0033XABR8/ref=sr_1_5?s=baby&ie=UTF8&qid=1378638404&sr=1-5&keywords=angelcare £66.66.0
