Hi ladies, I had an email from giraffe restaurants offering me a £10 gift card for mamas and papas. Mine has come though, although I had to register with the mamas and papas website. It says you can use in store or online and the code you are sent will last for 30 days. Hope it helps someone.

Thanks everyone for your kind words, feeling much calmer today :)

Littleskintdragon - the preop just consisted of a bit of form filling general health questions, weight, blood pressure, bloods taken, MRSA swabs (the ones they took the time before went missing) quick check of baby, gave me 2 tablets one to take night before and one the morning of the section ( can't remember the name but its that good stuff the doc gives you for heartburn?) and the anesatist came and talked to me about the anaesthetic and just basically were to go on the morning :) I felt quite calm when she was going through it all it was just on the way home and later lol

Bangton - thanks I know ill be fine :) I think it's just the unknown, I had such a horrible labour/delivery last time I know this is the right choice for me it's just the waiting now.

Buying alcohol, I think I feel worse when im buying OH tobacco I regularly say its not for me you know lol the shop keeper tends to give me that look lol

Well I tried the Moses basket mattress in the basket yesterday and eek it's to big! I thought it was a standard size luckily Its in a sealed bag so I can return it and get a smaller one need to do that tomorrow or might just let OH do it :)

    Welcome to the newbies

Anyways hope everyone has a good weekend take care xxx

Thanks hun. I've registered via link so fingers crossed ... it didn't mention the promotion on the link though so hope it works! Built the cot today. .an Oak one passed down. It's lovely but not keen on the cot top changer that came with it! So lucky though to have been given it and been brought a ton of toys and bedding/blankets. Cot was almost £300 from new. ..all I was planning on was a £60 John Lewis special! I love been given hand me downs! !

Getting so bored lately. Actally wishing I had stayed longer at work now. (Went off 6 weeks early as I couldn't get the hoilday I wanted which was for DS's birthday :o )

35+4 now and struggling abit to get round but also with DS in tow and OH working full time its hard to actally get off the sofa (well apart from chasing DS round the room.)

Really am going to have to get out more once baby is here but untill then I am abit stuck. :(

Can't wait till this is over and I never have to be pregnat again. :D

Everyone keeps saying you could still change your mind but 2 kids is enough for me and I am not one of those people thats going to miss being pregnat thats for sure!! :j

I keep saying back to them if I get pregnat again I'll happily admit it was an accident :D
